Arsenal This Season: Young Feels Mature

 

Former English footballer, Michael Owen, gave an assessment of Arsenal's appearance this season. Owen feels the Gunners have become a more mature team.

Arsenalunexpectedly shot at the start of this season. The Gunners are top of the standings with 18 points from seven matches.

Michael Owen rate, Arsenal have a lot of changes in a positive direction. Arsenal developed into a mature team, although dominated by young players.

"I will definitely be the first person to call Arsenal a soft team in recent years because they are," Owen said as reported by the Express.

"However, Arsenal looks more mature this season. Although, there are many young players in the team," he added.

Owen also praised Arsenal's mentality that had come back from the defeat against Manchester United. Arsenal is back entrenched at the top of the standings.

"If you look at Arsenal's games so far, everything looks good. Arsenal won the first five games. Then, there was the first challenge against Manchester United, the Gunners slipped."

"It's important for Arsenal to get back to winning ways against Brentford. Arsenal is back at the top of the table. Arsenal's confidence continues to grow," said Owen.
